Política de Acesso Livre

The Revista de Estud(i)os sobre Fichte fully adopts the criteria established by the SciELO Brasil Program (2024) for the admission and continued inclusion of scientific journals, specifically with regard to the first dimension of the Open Science modus operandi.

Licenses Adopted

For metadata: All metadata related to published articles (titles, abstracts, keywords, bibliographic references, institutional affiliations, and other descriptive elements) are made available under the CC0 – Public Domain license. This means that the journal waives all copyright and related rights over such information, allowing it to be freely extracted, reused, interoperated, and redistributed by any system, bibliographic index, or user, without any restrictions.

For full texts: All published articles are made available under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY) license. This license allows any user to copy, distribute, remix, adapt, and create derivative works based on the article, including for commercial purposes, provided that appropriate credit is given to the original authors, indicating authorship and the article’s first publication in this journal.

Copyright

Authors retain copyright over their articles, in accordance with the guidelines of SciELO Brasil. The journal holds only the right of first publication.

Alignment with International Standards

This licensing policy follows international Open Science standards, in compliance with the requirements of the Directory of Open Access Journals (DOAJ) and the SciELO Program, with the aim of maximizing the visibility, interoperability, and scientific reuse of the published content.
